A very large 5 mixed material metal pot in a radius 2.5 meter fixed in location at the side of buland darwaza. It is large but not large as Badi (Big) Deg that why we called it Choti (Small) Deg. It is just a cookware which we use to cook a vegetarian food for people who came Ajmer for ziyart. This Deg is placed by Akbar (Mughal Emperor) 448+ years ago it's still in use.

It is a sweet dish main ingratiates are Rice, Sugar, Zafron and Dry fruits 15 other items are includes. This food is enough for ten thousand people quantity of total amount of recipe is 2500kg.
